'Many heartfelt thanks for the support that you have extended to me throughout 2015'
Elke H, Marketing Lead, Automotive Manufacturer
Peter seemed genuinely interested and that was very encouraging and empowering. I am really looking forward to keeping the relationship going.
Sandra. Director, Commercial Property
Being a naturally reserved person, what surprised me was how quickly Peter developed a rapport based on trust and obvious experience and that made me feel comfortable being very open and honest.
Andrew. Director, Global IT Services
Peter forced me - in a positive sense - to 'think out-of-box' and consider options that I had not seen clearly before. Overall a very fruitful and enriching experience.
Isabelle. Training and Development Manager, Global FMCG
I have been working as a coach for many years and my client base has been broad - demographically and across many sectors. Increasingly though I am working with a new breed: those who are looking for a more meaningful work life. People who are willing to earn less but do something that inspires them and perhaps even change the world for the better.
Many of my clients are millennials who see the unstable nature of the world they are inheriting (with few of the opportunities that their parents had at their age); equally a good number of my clients are in their 50’s wanting to move away from the money and status-chasing ladder that they have been on for 30 years, but not willing to settle for a life of golf and bridge. The common denominator is the search for more meaning from work.
I work with individuals and with groups to think through and plan for this ‘leap’ and then to guide them through the ups and downs, twists and turns of making their vision a reality. I develop people’s resilience, challenge their thinking, offer support and, occasionally, advice.
I am a full member of the Association for Coaching.
